Leon Lai....hmm...what can I say?? He's HOT!! COOL!! HANDSOME!! AWESOME!! FANTASTIC!! EXCELLENT!! FABULOUS!! GREAT!! TERRIFIC!! Many of his fans see him as their Prince Charming or their "Knight in Shining Armor." His 'electric' eyes and cute smile can easily freeze a girl in her path...as experienced by one of my e-mail pals at his Toronto concert. *^_^* After seeing his "sweet and warm smile" she told me, "Wow! That feeling MELTS people!!"

So what else is great about the Heavenly King Leon Lai? First of all, I would say his singing. He's won numerous singing awards during his career. He won the "Most Popular Singer" award back in 1993 and 1995, and he won the "Song of the Year" award 4 times, with his hit songs "There's Not a Day I Don't Think of You" in 1994, "Love Words Not Yet Spoken" in 1996, "Just Love Me for One Day" in 1997, and "I Love You Like This" in 1998. But sadly in 1999, Leon declined to accept any more music awards given at the HK music award shows (although he would still accept music awards if they were given to him from other places).

His acting is also something that caught my attention. He was so COOL in the 1993 TVB series "The Legendary Ranger"...it's my favorite TVB series that he's done so far. By getting lots of positive feedback and compliments about his performance in his 1996 film "Comrades, Almost a Love Story," it's not a surprise that he was nominated as "Best Actor" in the Golden Horse Awards. In 2002, Leon won the Golden Horse Award for "Best Actor" for the movie "Three: Going Home." Congratulations Leon!!!

Leon has participated in many charity events during his career. He's such a kind-hearted person.

Leon's success is increasing year after year, and I hope he will continue with his successful career for a LONG time. LEON FOREVER!!! *^_^*

Thanks to all who have supported my Leon page since 1997. *^_^* I'd especially like to give THANKS!! to Jessie Sun and Ken Tse. *^_^* If it wasn't for Jessie helping me do the translations on the Leon songs or for Ken helping me make the 'Leon windows '95' image, I don't think this would have happened. *^_^* Here is the actual article and translation in English.
