I went to the Leon concert shows on 12/14, 12/21 , 12/22 , 12/23 , and 12/24 . Here's a list of songs in Leon's HK concert.
* Leon shook hands w/ the audience. 12/21/01- I was sitting at section 55 blue, Row 01, which was the 5th row. The show was basically the same as the 12/14 show, except for a few things. Leon didn't wear the white cap when he was singing "Just a Misunderstanding." He wore a red leather jacket instead of the black leather jacket that had gold stripes on it, and instead of the red t-shirt, he wore a black t-shirt w/ the red leather jacket. There were several famous people at Leon's concert on the 21st. When Leon announced that Cheung Ji Yi (Zhang Zi Yi... the gal from 'Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon') was there, a lot of the audience were looking around and screaming "Where?!" Then Leon told the audience they don't need to look..she's not in the audience, but was watching the concert backstage. Other celebs in the audience included Monica Chan Fat Yung and a couple other former Miss HK contestants, as well as Lam Jik (he writes the lyrics for the majority of songs in HK). I think Leon also said he had a mentor in the audience who had helped him w/ the directing of his first music video...forgot his name. Leon asked the audience, "Did you buy a present for your loved one yet? I haven't. What's my present to all of you? Me!!" and the audience screamed very loudly after that response. After Leon sang "MI-2," Leon said he thought that Mark would be more open to dance and act silly after Mark put on the space helmet, but Mark didn't dance or move much on the stage. I remember on the 14th, I didn't have to stand up very long before
Leon came down to shake hands w/ the fans, but tonight was totally different.
Fans already rushed down to the railing areas to get ready to shake
hands w/ Leon right after he finished singing "Eyes Don't Lie."
I totally wasn't expecting the fans to go out that early, but the minute
I saw the fans going to the railing, I got out of my seat and went to
the railing too. I got to shake Leon's hand, but it was a pretty uncomfortable
experience. I had to stand up for 4 songs while being pushed and shoved
by other fans who wanted to get closer to the railing to try and get
Leon's handshake....that took about 15-20 minutes...man, it was aweful!
I already knew after that experience that I didn't want to get up to
get a handshake for the next night. On the 14th, Leon mostly stayed at the center stage when he was singing "Love Words Not Yet Spoken," but tonight Leon walked up to the upper stage #1 to sing the first half of the song, and then he would run to the upper stage #2 (the stage next to the band) and start to sing the 2nd half of the song. He did this on the 22nd, 23rd, and 24th shows also...sometimes singing the 1st half of the song on upper stage #2 and finishing the 2nd half of the song on upper stage #1. To wish everyone a Merry X'mas, Leon added an extra song to his run-down and sang "Give You a Piece of Snowflake." He said most likely it would never snow in Hong Kong, but he heard it may be possible in the future to send some chemical elements into the air to make it snow.
